DESCRIPTION: Religious sculpture carved wooden figure of St. Philip the Apostle. Dress tunic collar and long sleeves with belted waist by a belt. Use a mantle closed in front and leaning on his left shoulder; on the same side, in hand with the palm up, holding a closed book. His right arm is raised, hand to shoulder height (or slightly above) with the back facing up and fingers extended, in attitude of holding a cross. The character has beard, small mouth, straight nose and glass eyes. The hair is combed way downtown and are partially visible pinnae. Upon being stolen from his church, was painted green robe and red cloak, with gold designs made by brush.
