Bronze bell cast in three holes and crown imperial profile. The upper body has three stripes; two thin and wider center, in which reads "TIMOTHY GOMEZ SIERRA SMELTER". At the bottom the three stripes are repeated, although in this case the legend: "VALLEY OF COWS DEDICATED TO OUR LADY OF THE ROSARY 1 OCTOBER 1947 ". A molding runs along the boundary, near the edge. Has iron clapper is bleached with lime paint
