Planning Directors strengthen knowledge

Today started in Huehuetenango, Diploma in Human Rights, Cultural Development Public Policy and the Ministry of Culture and Sports, through the Directorate General for Cultural Development and Strengthening of Cultures- coordinated by the Presidential Human Rights Commission and endorsement of the National Institute of Public Administration-INAP-.
