Women are physically active in the Campus Martius

Each morning a group of women meets to make your exercise routine of 7:30 to 8:30 hours Monday to Friday, in the Campus Martius. This activity is made by the Ministry of Culture and Sports, with the direction of the professional instructor Mirna Meléndez, contributor to the Directorate General of Sport and Recreation.

"With the exercise routine is to eliminate stress and improve fitness", refers Meléndez. The program is designed to stimulate different areas of the body with body movements, that improve the physical and emotional condition of women.

It is important to perform range of motion exercises, resistance or strengthening. Before that, should be devoted to 5 a 15 heating minute movements. This will reduce the possibility of incurring an injury, to help your body prepare for the exercises.
