Practice Tai Chi extends centers of the Ministry of Culture and Sports


The Directorate General of Sport and Recreation is responsible for Substantive Senior Program that encourages the practice of Tai Chi with classes taught by experts. Activities take place in the Campus Martius, of 9:00 a 10:00 Permanent times and in different centers of the country.

With the guidance of a professional instructor, every morning, a group of older adults gather to practice the movements that change the energy levels of the body, by a diaphragmatic breathing. Dance is also practiced Yang-B, of mixing with gentle breathing movements kinesics to eliminate stress.
