Fifth International Composition Competition “Guitar Days for children in Saarland”

Contest rules:

  • The composition will be for group of guitars, three voices, Children who are in the initial stage of learning the instrument.

  • The work must have a minimum duration of 3 and maximum 5 minutes.
  • The work must be original and unpublished. There should be no plagiarism, not based on a protected work, not have received a previous contest winner.
  • Each composer may participate with one work.
  • The composition must be submitted under a pseudonym and shall not have any data that disclosing the true identity of the composer.

The composition must be presented as follows:

  • Three copies of the full score
  • A copy of each of the voices
  • On paper, written in computer, in a sealed envelope with a return address that is not listed in the composer's name.

  • No work participating in the contest will be returned.
