        Las obras recibidas por medio de la convocatoria permanente ser\u00e1n examinadas por el equipo de Editorial Cultura. En su momento, las propuestas que cumplan con los requerimientos ser\u00e1n trasladadas al Consejo Asesor para las Letras quienes remitir\u00e1n un dictamen a Editorial Cultura en los casos de aceptaci\u00f3n o rechazo de la obra.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

        Las obras ser\u00e1n evaluadas en funci\u00f3n de su calidad formal (ortograf\u00eda, redacci\u00f3n, estructura) y en su calidad est\u00e9tica y propuesta literaria o cr\u00edtica y acad\u00e9mica. La Direcci\u00f3n de la Editorial y el Consejo Asesor para las Letras tendr\u00e1n la libertad de solicitar una ponderaci\u00f3n externa, la opini\u00f3n de especialistas, de la obra para sumar a la discusi\u00f3n de las propuestas.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

        Una vez aprobada la propuesta, los\/as autores\/as deber\u00e1n entregar una carta de responsabilidad de su obra. En esta, se comprometer\u00e1n a obtener todos los permisos necesarios para el uso de im\u00e1genes, fotograf\u00edas y textos de terceros, adem\u00e1s de garantizar la originalidad del contenido, asegurando que no est\u00e9 pendiente de fallo en cert\u00e1menes ni comprometido para publicaci\u00f3n. Ya recibida, revisada y aprobada la carta de responsabilidad, Editorial Cultura proceder\u00e1 a firmar la licencia no exclusiva de publicaci\u00f3n con el\/la autor\/a, herederos\/as o representantes, en donde se compromete a:<\/p>\n

        • Garantizar la calidad editorial de la obra publicada<\/li>\n
        • Velar por el cumplimiento de los acuerdos alcanzados entre las partes<\/li>\n
        • Garantizar la distribuci\u00f3n y promoci\u00f3n de la obra publicada<\/li>\n
        • Entregar el equivalente al 10% del tiraje total de la obra como pago de derechos de autor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Los\/as autores\/as, herederos\/as o representantes se comprometen a:<\/p>\n

            \n
          • Autorizar al Ministerio de Cultura y Deportes y a Editorial Cultura la utilizaci\u00f3n de su nombre, su imagen y de fragmentos de su obra (selecci\u00f3n por criterio editorial) con fines de difusi\u00f3n y divulgaci\u00f3n de la obra<\/li>\n
          • Autorizar a Editorial Cultura para que cinco a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s de la publicaci\u00f3n, el texto pueda promoverse \u00edntegro en las plataformas y formatos (audiolibro, e-book, etc.) que se consideren pertinentes, sin que esto implique la cesi\u00f3n exclusiva de derechos de autor.<\/li>\n
          • Participar en las actividades relacionadas con la difusi\u00f3n de la obra publicada, a solicitud de la Editorial.<\/li>\n
          • Recibir, trasladar y resguardar por cuenta propia el tiraje correspondiente a pago de derechos de autor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
